係萬聖節之夜,我同朋友去左銅鑼灣既漁火海鮮刺身鍋食晚餐。我哋揀左鴛鴦鍋,有招牌麻辣同鮮魚清湯鍋底。岩岩好一淡一濃,各有特色。而前菜我地叫左巧手糖心皮蛋。酸甜開胃既前菜,帶點泡椒既惹味,比較吸引醒神。再黎我哋叫左一系列火鍋配料。佢哋既花甲夠大隻,開口時見到肥美既花甲肉。配上魚湯汁,鮮味十足,口感一流!佢哋既手打四色丸係要必點之選。因為真係各有特色!我特別中意咸蛋黃豬肉丸。因為呢款外面好少食到。而且咸香正好突出豬肉的惹味。2都鬼甘夾。而墨丸同蝦丸打到起哂膠,煮熟一咬,彈牙QQ,口感十足。街市冰鮮貨簡直無得比!而即炸響鈴真係好難係普通火鍋店見到。膽卜卜既響鈴一秒間索入魚湯/ 麻辣湯底。一咬,係口腔溢出湯汁,同時保持酥脆口感。滿意度爆燈!而佢哋個手切Prime牛肉,色水同紋理都好令。放係邊一個湯底都好合適。滾十秒放落口,淡淡牛脂香滲透口腔。肉質較嫩,所以容易入口。最後大家可以一試佢哋個竹蓆茅根水,自家制,所以甜度適中之餘,解渴解膩一流!
