星期五天氣特別凍,找一間火鍋店試試,看見相中的牛肉賣相不錯,那就早一點3日前book枱,它的位置在地鐵站附近,3年前也是有間火鍋店在下層,一心試下吧!到了門口,店舖格局裝修已經殘舊,也不是做火鍋的餐館格局,人很多,服務員帶我們坐下,因為太肚餓,所以之前等位已經在紙上tick了好幾款,坐下來不是湯底來先,而是一碟花甲,問服務員佢話再等等。之後5分鐘湯底到了,魚湯沒有魚湯未,只得豆腐芹菜,之後餃子和白菜响鈴也上,遲遲主角牛肉未到,等了30分鐘才來,薄切賣相和openrice差不多,說明“鮮牛頸脊”, 無牛肉味,仲要已經醃左梳打粉,好離譜!服務員個個新請,外行人,放湯鍋差少少成鍋倒下,下次不會來!

銅鑼灣近信和廣場,在lockhart 駱克道有間上樓嘅火鍋店。打開lift 門,張張枱都係卡位,比較有空間感,總共大約有十幾張卡位。先選招牌湯底花膠響螺燉肉,濃濃的深黃色既湯,有時五件花膠同響螺。一定要先飲咗一半響螺湯先開始打邊爐。炸響鈴係即炸,總共六件大大份,入口鬆化。yummy~ 四寶丸係手打,比較彈牙。最鍾意墨魚丸,特別爽口。泰式生蝦大大隻,加埋大花甲,滾完花膠湯入晒味。手切本地牛頸脊都算重牛肉味。
