聽說尖沙咀亞士厘道哩度有一間由五星級酒店廚師主理嘅樓上西餐廳,適逢今日係3.14白色情人節,就同另一半嚟哩度試試~慶祝一下餐廳燈光柔和,甚有格調。最尾我哋叫咗兩個set dinner試下⭐️餐前包點 ( 免費 )共有三種款式,麵包送上時,包身鬆軟之餘,仍帶微暖除了牛油,還配上藍莓果醬,相當貼心當中特別鍾意最底嘅薄脆餅⭐️香煎西班牙墨魚仔伴辣肉腸沙律 ( 跟餐 )墨魚仔好鮮味,而且一啲都唔un加埋辣肉腸,味帶辛辣,非常惹味。⭐️甘荀薑汁湯 ( 跟餐 )湯口感較淍身,甘荀味濃。加入薑汁,估唔到味道幾有驚喜!好味⭐️北海道帶子蘑菇意大利飯伴黑松露 ($228)材料份量十足!有3粒大大粒帶子!表面煎得金黃,內裡剛熟,非常鮮甜。哩度嘅意大利飯較硬身,但咬落好有口感~!而且黑松露味非常濃郁~醬汁creamy,芝士微溶~整體配合天衣無縫。⭐️香煎大老虎蝦伴"Paper Thin"雜菜沙律 ($268)兩隻虎蝦開邊鋪面,一上枱,就已經被震撼到!而且相當大隻,絕不欺場~~~!!虎蝦煎得非常香口~~ 香氣撲鼻!肉質彈牙鮮甜!啖啖肉!!底下"Paper Thin"雜菜沙律~ 酸酸甜甜,好fresh好開胃!推介!估唔到
