To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Office 鄰近新開日式 cafe。裝修簡潔日系。試食當日恰巧剛換了餐單,用QR code 點單系統沒有想點的菜。跟店員A說要點餐單上的菜時他說餐單剛換,該菜式沒有供應。正要點另一款菜時,用QR 點餐湯,QR沒有顯示湯,便直接跟店員B要。順道問店員B開初想點的菜是否沒有供應,她說有呀🙄 Anyway,午餐點了冬䕃公海鮮意粉跟餐湯及餐飲人蔘甘草烏龍茶,另加了伯爵茶雪芳蛋糕。食物相當高質量。意粉調味均𧗽恰好,Al dente, 餐湯是現製的新鮮粟米湯,鮮甜有粟米香。餐茶很香,蛋糕鬆軟。餐廳若能理順系統及員工培訓會係回頭率很高的餐廳。
