我同老公都非常鍾意食日本菜,尤其係廚師發辦 (Omakase) 更加可以睇得出師傅既刀工同餐廳係咪會俾特別同新鮮食材。係我地既結婚週年紀念老公帶左我黎呢度, 我地㨂左中間價錢既餐,大約$1,200 一位,以晚餐黎講價錢絕對不算貴。係咁多款壽司裏面,我最鍾意佢個紫海膽壽司,非常鮮甜。其實自己鍾意紫海膽多個馬糞海膽。另一個驚喜位係鮟康魚干,口感軟棉棉入口即溶。大致上所有菜式都可以用出色黎形容,絕對係值得再幫襯既餐廳。 p.s. 師傅非當細心介紹每款魚生
