To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

公眾假期差不多每個餐廳都排隊，見到元氣沒有人排便入去光顧。原來這是一間有高速火車運送壽司的元氣分店，第一次見所以覺得很新奇！每個座位都有電子屏幕自助下單，指示清晰，容易使用。下單後數分鐘壽司便有高速火車運送到你座位前！ 要在特定時間下拿下壽司，不然會有火車鳴響的聲音催促你！都幾尷尬壽司質素比其他分店遜色，榮螺較小。香蔥吞拿魚壽司還可以，都有魚香。蟹膏松葉蟹棒： 蟹棒和相中的差太遠了吧！相中的是一件大蟹棒，面前的是數條蟹棒絲堆成的儘管體積一樣，賣相也令人失望吧燒牛肋骨壽司： 如圖⋯燒得有點過火⋯牛肉有點老鏗魚配柚子胡椒：算是比較特別的一款！ 愛魚刺身之人可以一試。荃灣此分店唯一特色是有高速火車，但若食物質素不再提高，我想大人們吃過後都不會再光顧了。
