To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自己同阿仔都好鐘意食壽司，所以我哋經常都會去元氣，可以話係我哋嘅飯堂！轉咗高速線後，終於出番tea set！閒日下午茶時段，無咩人，唔洗等！坐底點咗兩份tea set同阿仔share食，炙燒壽司盛 ($50) 一上枱阿仔就開動，無影到，只係影底咗三色刺身盛 ($62)。炙燒壽司盛: 有2件壽司、3件炙燒壽司、湯烏冬，同一個好好食嘅炸周打蜆湯餅。三色刺身盛個迷你鰻魚飯熱辣辣😋不過份量真係好迷你！日式燉蛋入面有大大粒帶子，正！
