To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坦白講小秘書其實唔多撐「元氣壽司 GENKI SUSHI HONG KONG」將一間又一間分店轉成「高速線」🚅🍣，除咗可以幫老闆慳啲人手，對顧客嚟講又真係唔覺有咩新意🧐 我就反而鍾意啲壽司成盆上枱... 唔係更加吸引咩？！👀小秘書今日有啲嬲😤 講真幫襯「元気寿司」咁多年，都未見過啲咁無禮貌嘅服務員，為咗張單走嚟兇我哋😤 我嘗試解釋可能係系統出錯，但係個服務員就一於少理，黑住面問我哋仲有無嘢要cancel😕 激死！算... 唔想比啲無謂人掃興，繼續享受我哋嘅 Happy Saturday🙌🏻🙌🏻今日「元気寿司」啲食物都幾新鮮，剛炸起嘅「吉烈蠔」同「榮螺壽司」尤其美味 #おいしい 😋
