To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去apm 行街，本身打算食kfc,咁岩就裝修緊，咁就決定食元氣，之前係呢度食過一次，覺得都ok,重點係佢個高速線又方便又得意。今日坐係中間位，見到其他人既送餐，未點經已非常肚餓🤤用ipad點餐，出餐都幾快～我每次都會叫既日式燉蛋（茶碗蒸），皆因好鐘意食蛋，而且味道唔差，滑嘟嘟牛油果軟殼蟹卷～其實呢間所有嘅飯粒都唔錯，餡料方面就正正常常..燒三文魚～燒得岩岩好肉質嫩滑，都新鮮..油甘魚壽司～新鮮，而且油香的..左口魚裙邊壽司～幾好，不過本人覺得食一件就夠，皆因左口魚裙邊好膩下..另外一款唔記得名，有d柚子胡椒醬，其實都唔差，肉質軟淋，帶少少皮有口感，不過唔食得腥會差dd..我就覺得ok既～甜蝦同三文魚壽司都普普通通，今日個赤貝壽司就差少少唔夠鮮🤔長鰭吞拿魚刺身～覺得幾驚喜，樣貌一般，但食落入口即溶，新鮮同甜，估唔到係元氣有呢d食😯
