To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

高速線火車型送壽司系統最好玩

壽司店之中，我比較喜歡去元氣，一來價錢大眾化，其次款式多，食物水準不錯。今日去柴灣分店元氣吃頓豐盛午餐...每個迴轉枱前的座位都各有一組獨立自助餐架，包括醬油、日本芥辣、酸薑、綠茶粉、紙巾、筷子、牙簽，非常方便。點了最新推廣的元氣壽司大滿足祭堂食送「大滿足」系列壽司一件 。當然，高速線店還是準備了些特選限定，意外地，都不算是些高價推介，甚至有些很平民抵吃，元氣壽司的高速線跟平常迴轉最大分別，是用了火車型送壽司系統，壽司不再做定放在迴轉帶上等運到，而是以手機下單後，以火車玩具送來，由味道上，新鮮了些，應該會好一些，由可玩性上，不得了，吃什麼，可能不再重要，仍然是人龍滿滿。
