To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間元氣用上高速列車代替人手，將食物透過列軌運送到客人面前！這樣的設計，前年已經在日本大阪見過，元氣果然快手，這麼快便將此列車引入！相信列車價格不低，但從中又可以減省不必要的人手，就店面所見，只有三名侍應處理一般樓面事務，但已經足夠。檯面擺放了用作抺手用的濕紙巾，感覺窩心。熱水制由舊款的按壓式改成容易使用的擰制式，更加方便！落單形式已用上輕觸式螢幕，簡單又快捷！列車列達時，螢幕下的笑臉黃燈會先亮起，待車將食物停到面前時，便會響起提示咇咇聲，取齊食物後便按黃燈退回廚房，再運送其他食物去其他客人處。這玩意相當好玩，又實用！至於食品品質保證方面⋯賣相退步了，可以整理得再專業一點，會賞心悅目些～食物新鮮程度是可以接受的，但可以更好些，有待進步空間！最愛的三文魚頭湯味道偏淡了點，可以煲得香濃一些。其他三文魚味道口感都可以接受，海膽有點苦，飛魚子不夠水汪汪，油金魚切得太薄引致散爛。運送技術提高了，但食品質素仍待改善，可以變得更加好！加油！
