To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新開嘅呢間又係以高速線概念, 個人黎講係覺得好方便, 無論落單/送菜都有效率左好多, 今晚又食壽司啦! HEE...HEE.....辛辣吞拿魚 - 入口綿滑, 面頭加上少少辛辣及沙律醬, 兩種味道融為一體又OK喎!呢款真鯛係今期推介, 魚肉顏色明亮吸引, 食落有陣淡淡魚味唔太搶, 幾好!芝士鰻魚卷 - 甜美鰻魚在外, 包住軟滑芝士, 配趁青瓜可中和膩度, 有心思嘅配搭!呢碟槍魷魚係高速限定, 黎呢度指定要食佢, 槍魷魚口感帶點嚼頭, 可以一啖放佢落口超滿足, 魷魚上放上少少薑末增加鮮味, 正呀!!用餐時差唔多係自助形式, 快食也可快走, 好岩繁忙嘅香港人呢^^
