To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我印像之中已經有成年幾冇黎元氣壽司，攞飛嘅時候見到要等幾十張枱嚇咗一跳，再望一望入面原來有好多吉枱嘅。以高鐵列車送餐，曾經係一個綽頭，但對於我嚟講，我覺得新鮮感過左，卻感覺元氣好似少左分人情味。 元氣卷入面嘅三文魚好脆。蟹棒一般新鮮。雞軟骨 好爽口 由於新鮮炸，所以比較油膩。 我唔係太喜歡炸魚皮，只是試了一條，感覺都幾脆口。煙三文魚味道不錯蔥吞拿魚新香卷，味道好淡口炸蝦卷的蝦都是脆的，而且有啲微熱鰻魚壽司的醬汁適中，但係鰻魚有骨。迷你鰻魚飯的醬汁太多啦! 搞到每粒飯都有汁，感覺好漏。
