蠔本身都算大隻,都算肥美,加上芝士同菠菜,食落唔漏

呢個超有驚喜,蜆本身好大隻好肥,而佢個醬汁亦都非常之有驚喜,係香茅味道嘅cream sauce,醬汁嘅濃稠度做得好好,每隻蜆掛到醬汁,而香茅味都提升左蜆肉本身嘅鮮味
