香港人最鍾意食日本嘢,當然我都唔例外。今日離開新蒲崗,見到有間日本餐廳叫海膽仔,就諗起好耐已經冇食過海膽,於是就行咗入去。舖頭嘅裝修都好靚,而且面積都好大。其實佢雖然個名叫做海膽仔,但係其實唔止海膽,仲有好多唔同嘅菜式。我同朋友一人嗌咗一個丼飯,我就叫咗個三色海鮮丼,係有三文魚子、海膽、同吞拿魚蓉。佢嘅份量絕對唔細,而且海膽都好新鮮,食到佢嘅鮮味,再加上三文魚子嘅份量都好多,每一啖都能夠食到配菜。而我朋友就嗌咗一個雙重三文魚丼飯,三文魚都好新鮮,而且佢嘅丼飯唔會過酸或者冇味。除此之外,我哋仲嗌咗個油甘魚刺身,都係非常新鮮,而且好厚切。除咗刺身類之外,我哋仲嗌咗好多小食,分別係炸蠔、鯖魚同茄子依啲小食都係新鮮整好,所以上到嚟熱辣辣。鯖魚份量好多,而且個皮烤得好香。而炸蠔就正正常常,都有佢嘅鮮味。茄子方面,面頭加咗好多蒜蓉,超級香口。
