去親旺角都總會見到新嘢,今次發掘到一間食鐵板小食嘅. 係舖出面望緊餐牌果陣已經聞到超香! 原來個師傅係鐵板上面煎緊牛. 啲香氣真係搞到我流唒口水.我見呢個一口牛係招牌,所以我叫左個勁量嘅! (普通同勁量價錢只係差$20... 梗係叫大份啦! )見到師傅夾啲肉落鐵板果下"滋滋沙沙"聲,應該真係好夠火力! 師傅係塊板上反左一陣,幾下手勢最後加啲黑椒就完成左呢個椒鹽一口牛。粒粒都幾大粒而且充滿肉汁! 真係一啲都唔老而且唔難咬. 以呢個價錢,有咁高質嘅牛真係冇得頂! CP 值超高! 我本身想即刻再嗌多份黎食但諗諗下要留肚,唯有下次再黎食過!
