To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說久唔久都會行過希雲街搵嘢食，因為嗰度係黃店嘅集中地，基本上唔知想食乜行過去兜一兜就會有idea。內街位置，有一間粉紅色嘅拉麵店，近排用咗鬆弛熊做裝修，全間舖頭都比鬆弛熊包圍，如果你係佢嘅fans就一定要來朝聖打卡。今日同同事想食拉麵，所以lunch time就走咗入去。✨特製牛奶拉麵識落有淡淡地嘅奶味，有啲似忌廉湯嘅味道。拉麵軟硬度適中，啱一啲鍾意味道冇咁重嘅朋友仔，豬軟骨炆得好淋，而豚肉叉燒仲好厚切添！✨特製沾麵有幾種醬汁可以揀，揀咗比較少見嘅醬油魚介湯，師傅仲特登喺面加咗少少油，令到整個醬汁柔潤咁多啲。食麵嘅時候可以將個面放落啲湯度，一小撮一小撮咁放，感覺最好。配料方面，有幾隻鬆弛熊嘅魚蛋，好睇之餘亦都幾好食嘅。✨炸雞拼章魚丸另外仲嗌咗個小食拼盤，有炸雞同埋章魚丸，另外仲有鬆弛熊餅乾。炸雞好鬆脆，而且份量都幾多，而章魚丸都係即刻整出嚟，夠晒熱辣辣。拼盤仲跟咗個好似士多啤梨嘅沙律汁，酸酸甜甜咁樣幾得意。✨士多啤梨梳打 百香果梳打 兩杯嘢飲揀咗特飲，店員仲提水原來講暗號棉花糖，仲會有兩粒糖送嘅添。朋友係佢嘅fans，埋單嘅時候仲加錢換咗個鬆弛熊嘅環保購物袋！袋仔唔算細，仲可以摺得埋
