酒店的優惠套票包括一次在頂樓的Popinjays 享用afternoon tea~ 位於中環的頂層餐廳的景色當然是一流Popinjays afternoon tea的特色就係定期和不同的界別合作，今次合作的是本士咖啡品牌NOC coffee Co. 所以一開始就有杯cold brew coffee 作為welcome drink鹹點和甜點是環繞咖啡為主題，有創意但沒有太過出眾，反而其鬆餅令我印象深刻！第一次吃到鬆餅如牛角酥般一層一層，酥脆又帶點鬆餅的麵粉香，絕對會因為鬆餅而回來！
