To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一剛好放一天假期就book了星期一至星期日去富豪香港酒店staycation，package包了酒店的自助晚餐跟翌日的自助早餐。我主攻食海鮮🦞中型龍蝦的肉質幾新鮮爽彈 我吃了不少隻呢！🦀麵包蟹吃起來太費勁我沒有試 蟹腳剛開始幾輪的時候很鮮甜好好吃👍🏻但到自助餐後期我再攞的蟹腳非常鹹 鹹到吃不下要吐出來🤮熟食類的驚喜一定是鮑汁花膠跟乳豬，花膠大塊又夠淋 我食咗好多塊 絕對係回本位！燒味都不錯 乳豬夠脆 我還試了燒鴨和叉燒！甜品有即製梳乎厘班戟 很細塊😩而且非常多人排隊拎 朋友剛好出去拎食物見到剛整好才拎到兩塊🥞有抹茶巴斯克芝士蛋糕 當然沒有外面買到的好吃芝士味較淡 淺嘗一下都可以🍰酒店聲稱是gelato 但是吃起來就是平日的雪糕😂不過黑芝麻味同曲奇味都幾好食 我分別食咗兩球🍨😋

 🦀麵包蟹吃起來太費勁我沒有試 蟹腳剛開始幾輪的時候很鮮甜好好吃👍🏻但到自助餐後期我再攞的蟹腳非常鹹 鹹到吃不下要吐出來🤮
