每年總有幾次慶祝既日子,有時都真係唔知去邊度食好,今次多謝朋友介紹,黎左銅鑼灣呢間西餐。Otto Restaurant位於銅鑼灣既中心,地點方便,一出地鐵站幾分鐘就到。上到去,第一層係reception,要再上一屬樓梯上去先係食野既地方。餐廳地方唔大,但卻有一個頗大既酒bar。我地大約7點去到,當時餐廳一半滿座,之後食食下就見到full house了。看看餐牌,就要2客晚餐囉吧!頭般選擇了生蠔同蟹肉沙拉。服務員介紹說生蠔選用紐西蘭石蠔,蠔身渾圓飽滿亦鮮味。蟹肉沙拉賣相亦不錯,有魚子醬、蟹肉、三文魚。之後上既係黑松露鮮蠔野菌湯,湯中間有一大隻鮮蠔。蠔相當肥美,濃濃既蠔味落哂去湯度,不過亦因為咁,就咁食隻蠔就無咩味了。呢度既芝士包新鮮軟熟,熱烘烘的不錯。仲有廚師自製既黑松露牛油,散發住松露香氣!配芝士包非常好吃。飲完湯,到前菜上枱,係我頗期待既法式小龍包。可惜小龍包外皮有點厚,有點失望。食完前菜,會上一道青檸雪芭。雪芭有青蘋果、乳酪,非當清新。主菜方面,我地揀左 龍蝦酥配龍蝦汁意大利飯($428) 同 澳洲頂級牛柳配法國鴨肝 ($565)龍蝦酥配龍蝦汁意大利飯 賣相一流!醬汁伴碟精緻。切開

最後有是日甜品,當天既甜品楊枝金露mousse同 紅桑莓mousse,我比較喜歡紅桑莓mousse,酸酸甜甜比較清新。

最後配上一杯熱茶作結,非常滿足。

雖然呢度地方唔大,但卻有一絲寧靜既氣氛,可以舒舒服服傾下計
