香港的飲食文化真是多姿多彩,百花齊放,五花八門。講起韓式料理,香港韓國料理水準一點也不賴,在香港也能品嚐精緻的韓式料理。我喜歡灣仔利東街 bistro Seoul 首首韓式小館,首首韓式小館提供正宗韓式料理,沿用韓國入口食材及烹調方法,食物水準不錯,加上在灣仔鬧市,交通方便,而且價錢合理。餐廳樓高兩層,地方寬敞,裝飾中西合壁,佈置簡潔,燈光柔和,環境舒適。餐廳有多款主食、小食、拌飯、鍋飯、煎餅、湯類、牛肋骨和 極品韓牛等,另有各式韓國米酒、生薑茶、紅棗茶等傳統飲品供應。看完餐牌,就簡單叫了韓國炒粉絲(海鮮)和至愛的自家燉製人参雞湯。先來三款開胃韓式前菜,有泡菜、中華沙律和牛蒡。韓國海鮮炒粉絲,材料豐富,有新鮮帶子、原隻蝦仁、魷魚片、青紅椒、洋蔥、冬菇絲和蔥段。粉絲粗幼適中,煙煙靭靭,口感不錯。自家燉製人参雞湯,把糯米、栗子、紅棗及人參塞入雞腔內,以慢火燉煮而成,面頭再放少許蔥花。人參雞湯味甘甜,生津止渴,雞肉嫩滑,原隻滑雞既飽肚,又暖胃,食極都不厭。
