To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳本人經常會過來, 佢嘅定位係bar & restaurant, 所以日頭呢就做茶記生意, 夜晚呢就可以飲酒同darts, 當然環境係似bar 多過似茶記啦, 所以環境方面就絕對唔錯嘅, 而且職員都打掃得非常乾淨本人就同女友各叫左一個午餐, 包餐湯/沙律, 主食同埋飲品飲品方面都係叫凍檸茶少甜, 咁呢間餐廳嘅糖水係溝埋去杯茶度而唔係另外配上, 本人係非常中意呢種做法, 因為另外配上糖漿的話, 糖漿好難溝到凍茶, 搞到茶還茶, 糖還糖, 呢個處理手法就好似茶記, 不過呢度嘅檸茶一向都好好, 茶底好清, 唔會溝到奶, 而且甜度係偏低, 所以更加感受到茶味, 同埋佢地都會貼心地用保鮮紙包好, 響疫情嚴重嘅時候重會為客人做多一步, 呢d 細節位會令人記在心上我地兩個午餐都係配上蒜蓉包加湯, 當日係大蒜雜菜湯, 呢度嘅包同湯係做得比出面好多餐廳都要出色, 首先蒜蓉包烤過但唔會老身, 外脆內軟而且蒜蓉味突出, 係一個好好嘅配角湯方面, 佢地落去煲湯嘅料都非常之多, 而且煲到材料都溝到湯裏面, 所以呢度嘅湯係比較結身, 今次飲嘅係大蒜雜菜湯, 老實講我只係飲到雜菜湯嘅味,而且味道好濃郁, 不過

我地兩個午餐都係配上蒜蓉包加湯, 當日係大蒜雜菜湯, 呢度嘅包同湯係做得比出面好多餐廳都要出色, 首先蒜蓉包烤過但唔會老身, 外脆內軟而且蒜蓉味突出, 係一個好好嘅配角
湯方面, 佢地落去煲湯嘅料都非常之多, 而且煲到材料都溝到湯裏面, 所以呢度嘅湯係比較結身, 今次飲嘅係大蒜雜菜湯, 老實講我只係飲到雜菜湯嘅味,而且味道好濃郁, 不過當你見到碗湯嘅質地之後都會相信佢嘅味道係真材實料

主食方面分別叫左什椒薯仔吞拿魚飯同埋辣味香蒜蝦肉意大利粉

什椒薯仔吞拿魚飯方面, 白飯係另上嘅, 所以首先唔會糊在一起, 而吞拿魚就比較普通, 唔會有令人反感嘅腥味, 而且魚肉唔會碎濕濕, 比較完整, 加上3色椒混在一起, 我覺得比起坊間吞拿魚嘅製法多左一種新鮮感, 而且3色椒煮得炆爛, 所以帶一種甜甜嘅味道, 無形中點綴到吞拿魚嘅單一, 而薯仔方面, 應該係以氣炸鍋方法烹制, 似焗非炸, 不過薯仔切件厚身, 可以食到當中粉粉嘅質感, 都幾香口, 但感覺同吞拿魚蓉唔多關事

辣味香蒜蝦肉意大利粉, 呢度雖然係以賣酒同darts 為主, 但佢地廚房嘅水平都唔低, 以呢個意粉為例, 做到口感爽滑, 條條分明, 蝦肉就係冰鮮貨所以鮮味係欠奉, 不過呢度爆香蒜片同炒意粉都好有一手, 所以整碟意粉都非常入味, 辣味就好似辣椒仔辣汁咁, 不過見相好淺色, 但其實非常之辣, 而且油份拿捏得好, 所以唔會食到啖啖油, 水準之作呢
