To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六冇節目, 和朋友結伴搜尋香港地道美食。 到了尖沙咀, 才發現這間地道車仔麵竟然在尖沙咀開了分店, 之前曾經在元朗吃過 ,今次試一試看看質素有沒有改變。這裏的門面比較新派 ,內籠的感覺和老店有點不同。我依舊點了招牌的豬腸,蘿蔔和糖心蛋油麵。 另外還點了腐乳通菜。豬腸做得住水準, 除了吃得出醃製的鹵水味外,咬落還有啖啖油香。蘿蔔雖然不是當造季節,但依然清甜。糖心蛋夠入味。最後係一碟腐乳通菜 ,結束了地道的港式午餐。
