紀念日黎到呢間西餐私房菜。一早已經同職員order好菜式,坐低等食就可以了。餐前麵包:共有四種味道,上網睇番原來係墨汁,香草,芝士同蕃茄。雖然唔係好食到佢哋嘅分別,但配上牛油或蒜蓉香草醬,都唔錯。法式干邑龍蝦湯:可能係干邑重手左,食落有點苦澀味,龍蝦嘅鮮味被淹蓋。幸好個湯口感不俗,夠滑。香煎北海道帶子龍蝦汁燴意大利飯:帶子煎到半熟,唔會韌,而且大粒厚身。意大利飯經龍蝦汁燴過,味道濃郁,飯粒圓潤,有咬口。烤日本A4和牛肉眼配時令蔬菜:當日叫左五成熟,火候控制得宜,可惜個排唔算新鮮,味道中規中矩。焗肉桂菠蘿金寶伴自家雪糕:呢個甜品係全晚嘅驚喜。烤焗過嘅菠蘿加埋肉桂,香甜而不膩。自家雪糕濃味creamy。不嗜甜嘅我都不知不覺食清光。
