當日大肚腩冇睇清楚Menu,睇到有叉燒,又有Benedict就已經被深深吸引,二話不說非常衝動之下咁挑選左呢度菜🙈Waiter上嘅時候真係被嚇咗一跳冇諗過份量咁大,我自己一個完全食唔哂而且同我想像中有啲出入🤣本來以為叉燒係平時燒味舖買嗰種點知原來係自家製的叉燒小豬肋排🐷🐽 CHAR SIU BENEDICT Homemade char siu baby pork ribs, dressed kale, burnt grapes, poached Japanese eggs, croissant hotdog bun, micro cress 豬肉每一口都帶著濃郁的叉燒醬和豐富的肉汁,烤得剛好熟透同柔軟搭配住羽衣甘藍的微甘味道🥬唔單止能夠解左醬料嘅膩感更加令整道菜品的口感更加豐富和有層次感我之前冇食過煮過嘅提子🍇呢度烤得剛剛好,溫暖嘅外層包住香甜嘅果汁,非常特別蛋就稍為有啲過熟🥚不過仍然能夠做到流心效果睇返Menu話放喺底嘅麵包係牛角包但我個人就認為就唔算太似🥐因為麵包味道帶少少甜味外層係有層次嘅,但唔係牛角包嘅酥脆口感不過吸收咗蛋汁亦為佢加咗唔少分數——————————————————

呢度烤得剛剛好,溫暖嘅外層包住香甜嘅果汁,非常特別

蛋就稍為有啲過熟🥚
不過仍然能夠做到流心效果
睇返Menu話放喺底嘅麵包係牛角包
但我個人就認為就唔算太似🥐
因為麵包味道帶少少甜味
外層係有層次嘅,但唔係牛角包嘅酥脆口感
不過吸收咗蛋汁亦為佢加咗唔少分數
