To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚就緊係腥架，羊就緊係騷架啦?!~~~

首先唔好講佢地d嘢食先啦，淨係佢嘅服務態度已經令我唔會再去！琴朝十點度經過，見都唔多人，咪諗住去食下佢個魚旦粉做早餐，睇吓有幾好食先！叫咗個魚旦粉，凍奶茶就聽到隔離枱個靚太同個待應講話碗麵嘅魚片好腥，之後坐櫃枱個男人就走埋佢張枱話，「魚就緊係腥架，羊就緊係騷架啦！！！點吖，換過俾你囉，食雞扒啦！」嘩嘩嘩，呢d係咩服務態度呀？！我真係睇到呆咗囉，真係... 跟住後尾聽到個阿太同d朋友講話其實碗魚片係臭，只係唔好意思咁話，先同個待應話好腥！真係好言相報卻得到呢個咁不友善嘅回應，攪到我呢個旁人都好唔順氣，登個阿太唔抵，無啦啦俾人鬧噃！講番碗魚旦粉，大碗囉！但魚旦太咸同唔算彈口， 粉就好碎，可能係d尾.... 真係無d人講得咁好！不過佢嘅辣椒油真係唔錯！奶茶就有d澀，應該茶膽出咗事，但我就唔敢同果度d人講啦，費事陣間有條友走埋嚟同我講"茶就係澀，咖啡就係苦，飲朱古力啦"咪弊，哈哈！
