To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個個去德昌都係食魚蛋粉，但老實說，魚蛋粉以外都有一樣食品非常出色，佢就係：炸魚柳包。佢採用嘅麵包係意大利嘅ciabatta。雖然唔肯定餐廳嘅ciabatta係自家製定訂貨返嚟，但個人嚟講本身好鍾意ciabatta ，因為佢有意大利麵包酥脆嘅外殼，內𥚃就係充滿氣孔的麵包，鬆軟得嚟帶點煙韌。而當ciabatta 襯落肉類/海鮮做漢堡包咁食，口感就會變得好滿足。而每次點呢個魚柳包，佢都係即叫即做，魚柳食得出真係即叫即炸。再加埋沙律醬帶出炸魚柳嘅味道，全個魚柳包就變得剛剛好，非常出色！！非常值得推介！(滿分為🤤x5)好味指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤抵食指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤回頭指數: 🤤🤤🤤🤤
