To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九月十日 (星期五)和老公仔提及過這間食店很多次,之前幫襯華星時已經對它有興趣了,今天專程到來一場來到,當然要吃這裡的靚粥我怕吃魚粥,因為怕骨所以唯有點了普通的粥品皮蛋碎牛粥真是即叫即滾,新鮮熱烘烘的味道不錯,粥的濃稀程度得宜皮蛋多,碎牛頗新鮮覺得頗意意,但當一試了老公仔那碗魚湯粥時,頓時比下去了白鱔球魚湯粥老公仔話他的母親大人都會用魚湯底煮粥(用大眼雞)是令人口水直流的!魚的鮮味混入原是無味的粥底,味道實在美炒老公仔盛讚白鱔非常的新鮮爽口而且份量十足,絕無偷工減料廚師着實下了不少功夫呢炒麵不推介,很油,而且味道淡不夠飽的,點多一碗粥罷!
