To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到好多人在排, 我們也來湊熱鬧不用10分鐘就有台, 我見人人都叫魚旦, 所以我也來個魚旦及貢丸河, 而友人則叫了魚旦粉.魚旦-果真夠魚味, 雙併粉既魚旦粉是沒有魚片的, 友人有見我甘可憐, 就比塊魚片我.wow 魚片真的好香口, 魚味濃及彈口. 如果可以我下次一定是魚片粉.潮州貢丸, 真的好彈口比台式的平滑表面, 有點不同. 味及肉汁都很足, 連平時不喜歡食貢丸既朋友都說好.最suprised 既係油菜, $15大大碟真係食菜都食包, 難怪甘多人在排隧,最後不得不讚的是辣油,真的辣得很......下次我一定會試埋牛南汁另上既米粉
