To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽過呢間爆丼屋好耐，最近終於有機會去到！餐廳的各個丼飯賣相精緻之餘，食物質素都幾好。餐廳都多人去，更加都幾多人去買外賣🍱六重相撲爆盛丼感覺好premium😍，而且性價比非常高，只需$225就有黑魚籽、海膽、鮮蟹肉、牛油果、左口魚群邊、滿瀉的三文魚籽！丼飯上的細細粒海膽非常鮮甜，配上份量頗多且火炙過，入口即溶的肥美左口魚和軟香牛油果，好滿足。🍱四重火山盛丼真係一座山咁高，吞拿魚蓉食落去好滑香，還有新鮮鮮甜松葉蟹肉、大大塊厚實海膽。用醬油味好香且口感飽滿的大魚籽撈飯，啖啖飯都好滿足🥰魚缸沙冰（芒果）真係超超大杯，可以兩個人share，是比較香和creamy的texture，甜度適中。有機會再來食下其他大滿足丼飯🥰
