今日嚟到呢間酒家係少有保留魚翅菜式嘅餐廳。當中午市嘅紅燒雞絲翅 優惠只係賣$48一碗。以往香港經濟起飛嘅年代,有人用魚翅浪口,又魚翅撈飯呢啲招積食法,今日我都可以係度試得到。雖然只是$48但係一樣足料,湯羹火腿味十足,魚翅份量都唔少。𢳂一啖係蛋白叉燒炒飯一齊食,火腿味加重炒飯嘅味道,再加上濕潤嘅口感,味道的確係非常之唔錯。午市都係做飲茶點心,灌湯餃現時都少見。元貝帶子餃內餡有帶子有蝦肉,味道鮮味爽彈。另外紫椰蝦春卷都好食,如果想食腸粉可以試吓脆皮金沙蝦腸,其實係用腸粉包住紫椰蝦春卷,仲多一層口感。
