{櫻魚鲷},4,5月正值嚐鮮時節當正值櫻魚鲷產卵期體色便會轉成櫻花般淡淡粉紅像櫻花般的櫻魚鲷顏色相當吸引,魚肉質地扎實爽脆,令看不到日本櫻的我也可用食物來滿足一番喔!!
