年近歲晚嘅星期六下晝,上環係一個死城,呢個時侯嚟平日排隊嘅熱店,大把位。叫咗最出名嘅兩樣名物:魚腩粥同筋腩麵筋腩麵先上,一飲湯底,又唔係話冇牛味,但係硬係有D雲吞麵湯底嗰種味,唔係好夾。麵係爽身嘅,不過鹼水味重,要落少少醋。牛腩有四件,瘦底但係一d都唔韌。牛筋仲多,不過稍硬,我prefer 佢再煲腍D。總括嚟講,都算好嘅,不過我鍾意華姐多D。魚腩粥後上,大大碗之餘仲有好多舊魚腩。粥底好綿亦好有魚嘅甜味,不過相信都係有味精,因為食完好口渴。魚腩依然如記憶中嘅滑同甜,配埋另上嘅豉油,真係勁滿足,冇得輸。生記兩名物嚟講,都係魚腩粥稍勝一籌。
