To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

魚蛋唔好食，墨丸同牛油多士唔錯

去九龍城，發現有間魚蛋粉鬼咁多人排隊，心生好奇，於是就排埋一份。排左差唔多十五分鐘之後，終於有得入去食。見佢馳名嘅係魚蛋，就叫左個四寶河，四寶: 魚蛋，墨丸，魚皮餃，同豬肉丸。仲加多個鮮牛油多士。直接上評: - 四寶河- 魚蛋，好一般，唔夠味。大失所望- 墨丸，好味，超爽之餘夠魚味，係四寶入面最好食嘅。- 魚皮餃同豬肉丸- 普通。評價: 下次黎(如果有下次)都係直接喊墨丸河好過。是了，依間的河粉不錯。鮮牛油多士 - 好正，多士烘得脆而鬆軟，中間夾塊徐徐融化的牛油，再自己加啲砂糖係中間，真係超絕嘅人間享受。雖然有dd heavy 都唔緊要。

- 魚蛋，好一般，唔夠味。大失所望

- 墨丸，好味，超爽之餘夠魚味，係四寶入面最好食嘅。

評價: 下次黎(如果有下次)都係直接喊墨丸河好過。是了，依間的河粉不錯。
