唔知甚麼時候開始、魚蛋粉美食成為香港人嘅集體回憶之一。。。一場嚟到"安利"當然係必點之一啦,本來落單時點咗一條魚片、點知伙計可能聽錯,嚟到係一碗淨魚片(十塊)。。。錯有錯著、可能係休魚期間 ~ D 魚蛋魚片咬落有點"粉粉地" 同小小腥味。。。應該是食材原料的問題、非戰之罪。湯頭係用豬骨煲、味偏咸加炆腩汁係傳統舊派味道。切腩撈租同杯熱奶茶就保持平時嘅水準,老實講、香港地周街都係魚蛋粉麵店,老字號嘅安利可以做到一值都保持平穩嘅水準,家族式企業經營管理真係一D都唔容易。。。"安利" ~ 又係一間值得大家支持的小店!
