To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日打3號風台🌀 ,我哋不懼風雨出走搵食,😁😁其實係因為懶有人唔想煮飯先走咗出街食,哈哈🤣🤣🤣。我哋四人點了四餸一湯,及一碟包點。湯就叫了海皇冬瓜盅, 小菜方面呢就叫咗鮮竹浸菜苗,黑椒頂級牛仔骨同海參花菇玉掌煲。重點小菜梗係蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢啦 😉😉。平時係屋企食白飯太單調,出街食飯要叫番個生煎菜肉包先得。講番d食物先,嘆咗一隻蠔皇八頭鮑魚扣金錢,嘩~你睇震撼價 $9.8 ,原價要$48一份架。😁😁 鮑魚好煙韌都入口架,咁抵唔係唔試呀~🤣🤣🤣海皇冬瓜盅好足料,而且很清甜,夏日飲就消暑一流👍🏻👍🏻。鮮竹浸菜苗🌱菜好新鮮好健康。黑椒頂級牛仔骨好惹味🐮,我好喜歡佢哋將d薯仔炸過再放入去炒,薯仔特別香口😋😋。海參花菇玉掌煲🥘,海參好淋夠味,花菇好香,玉掌都ok啦~$108有咁多份量已經很好,算抵食。😊😊生煎菜肉包🍞,煎得唔太油膩,份量十足絕不欺場,很好。今餐晚餐係一餐超豐富的家常便飯,非常滿足食飽飽回家😁😁。
