宜家愈開愈多賣兩餸飯的餐廳,疫情關係我都食過好幾間了。而這間一龍蝦兩餸王比較特別的是他們有龍蝦,鮑魚,扇貝,海蝦等海鮮,令到食雙餸飯都可以食得豪一些。我點了三個很好送飯的餸,有梅菜扣肉,糖醋排骨及紅燒豆腐。梅菜扣肉是老世落力推薦的自家制手工菜,的確很入味淋身,瘦肉跟脂肪層層相間,有入口即溶的感覺,配上梅菜鹹甜開胃。糖醋排骨啖啖肉,味道酸酸甜甜,很惹味。紅燒豆腐口感嫩滑。清蒸鮑魚$24 一隻,size 比大連鮑為大,簡簡單單用果皮清蒸已經很好味,是抵食的。一份上湯龍蝦伊麵($78), 龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,配伊麵是絕配的,可媲美酒樓質素。
