因為尖沙咀都算喺常出沒嘅地方,加上亦喺約朋友食飯聚舊區域熱選之一,睇見依區變化得都幾快,尤其短短一截掘頭巷嘅厚福街,走過厚福街,目測有超過90%地鋪都喺做飲食,可以講喺自動成為咗一條美食街。走到街尾嘅H8,更喺厚福街嘅地標食廈,是夜就喺揀咗12樓嘅Bel Cibo與朋友聚餐。H8都嚟過好幾次食嘢,知道喺一層一間食店嘅格局,所以,一出電梯就見到餐廳,但以磨沙玻璃隔一隔開電梯走廊同用餐區,感覺會好啲。轉個彎入到餐廳區,地方唔算大,一室以深灰色為主調,配以多盞水晶吊燈,高貴還高貴,光線感唔強,如每枱天花上加一盞聚焦燈唔知氣氛、效果會唔會好啲呢?中間主要喺4人枱,配以梳化櫈,但編排得稍為密集,而挨窗兩邊則為卡座,挨背高之餘,亦非常闊落,喺小弟認為最好坐嘅選擇。朋友未到,先點啲嘢飲,Bel Cibo既賣海鮮,亦有賣酒,餐酒、烈酒、雞尾酒故然唔少得,近年大熱嘅手工啤一樣有,而且,近入門口位更放咗多款手工啤俾客人試,據店員介紹全部都喺口味富特色嘅出品。最正喺佢哋唔介意俾客人試,難怪入門個櫃放咗咁多手工啤啦!講番啲飲品先,晌飲品餐牌上,除酒之外,有數款沙冰、奶昔、混合果汁梳打我哋都頗有興趣。Cooki

混合雜果梳打可以晌咁多款果汁中揀其中兩款,朋友就揀桃味夾芒果,賣相同樣夠玩味,桃味果汁早已溝入梳打底部,而芒果汁就放晌針筒內,雖然最後都喺溝埋一齊,但就可以先試試個桃味梳打,跟手再溝勻試個混合梳打。友人話桃味比較突出啲,並話唔知佢哋喺咁做法,否則揀兩款唔同色嘅果汁嚟溝吓,可能色彩更靚。

睇起嚟似乎無乜特別嘅春卷,真喺好簡單捲住鵝肝就咁炸,不過,食落香脆唔油,鵝肝添加咗一份甘腴嘅香味,而佐食嘅千島醬原來喺自家處理過,因為食起嚟比平常嘅千島醬喺有啲分別,醬內多咗啲洋蔥粒之類。另外,配以新鮮蔬菜條,爽脆清新,正好減低食油炸嘢嘅罪惡感。

搵意大利飯做壽司卷,真喺好有創意,加上用埋龍脷柳做成反卷,真喺別具心思,不過心思還心思,出嚟嘅效果個人就覺得唔太理想。首先,龍脷柳都喺香煎嘅最好食,依家只喺似煮腍咗嘅魚肉,紫菜亦搶走啲魚味;意大利飯同樣有偏腍嘅問題,無晒咬口嘅特性,反而個南瓜醬帶點薑味幾得意,但如薑味再強啲就更有個性,依家薑味未免隱約啲。

主菜嘅豬鞍就非常有質素,好討好嘅一道菜式,店員上菜時仲介紹俾我哋知款豬鞍重點喺豬隻以礦泉水飼養,曾記得以前晌旺角一家餐廳食過依類豬鞍,生熟度可以好似煎牛扒咁,唔需全熟,五乘喺最好添,不過店方為免客人太擔心過生,一般做到七乘。炭燒出嚟嘅效果令外觀好靚仔,的確,切開一睇,色澤好粉嫩,入口肉質頗嫩滑,帶點爽口嘅感覺,而且甚富肉汁,唔使沾任何汁醬已好好食。順提一帶,配菜已見心思,車厘茄焗過,更濃縮酸香,法邊豆以黑椒輕炒,變得更惹味。

綜合整晚嘅餐廳體驗,頭盤及小食頗有驚喜,大菜類則好壞參半。今餐貴在有食蠔,所以如果唔食蠔,人頭消費會晌三百蚊樓下。招呼方面非常好,斟水、換碟好到位,店員亦非常有禮,最有印象喺店員嘅一句話,當佢送餐或斟水後,我講句「唔該」,佢回句「應該嘅」
,今時今日,有啲侍應連基本禮貌都無呀!
