To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前睇一個電視節目介紹過呢間餐廳，想食好耐啦，不過新蒲崗真係好唔方便，今日有朋友係新蒲崗既地膽，有佢帶路就方便好多啦一坐底，侍應就話我地知得1種套餐，只係因應人數安排份量，咁仲好，岩哂選擇困難症既我呢個海鮮併盤真係好豐富，魚蝦蟹蜆咩都有仲要洗得好乾淨枱面仲有溫馨提示，話俾我地知海鮮既烹煮時間好窩心呀首先放左蝦，蟹落個粥底，令到d粥可以吸收d海鮮味呢隻肉蟹好鮮甜而且仲啖啖肉隻鮑魚好爽又易咬，烹煮既時間真係好重要海蝦亦非常新鮮，仲跳跳躍添仲加左d其他材料，好似打邊爐咁打完粥底邊爐之後⋯⋯戲玉到喇侍應會加d米/榨菜/雞蛋/豬油渣整個海鮮粥出黎呢個粥特別好味，吸引哂海鮮既精華
