自從地下鐵有咗屯馬線,搵地方食嘢多咗好多地方選擇,土瓜灣站就係其中一個,同事提起嗰度有間鳴虎,主打日本拉麵,湯底超正,一於過去試吓!鳴虎,加麵另上,湯底用咗豚骨熬製8小時,再加上魚介粉,每口都鮮味十足,材料配上日本火炙黑豚肉,肉質嫩滑入味,還加上大蔥、木耳、半隻溏心蛋和紫菜增添美味,麵嘅林度有得揀,同事揀咗軟麵,掛湯後,爽口彈牙又鮮味!鳴海老,湯底用豬骨湯加上用日本大頭蝦熬製的湯頭,加入日本櫻花蝦粉末,味道鮮味無窮,啖啖都係精華!材料每款都差唔多,只係湯底有分別。芝麻雞翼即叫即炸,外皮脆口,肉嫩有汁!
