如果突然想食海鮮餐,不妨考慮荃灣呢間店舖,食過你都會話正,佢有海鮮10層塔,包你十分滿足。海鮮餐方面其實任君選擇,可以自動調配吃的份量,價錢亦都會有適量的調整。最難忘那個清蒸生猛海蝦,蒸的時候店員按一下計時器,大約5分鐘,那6隻海蝦有深灰色變成了鮮橙色,加上南瓜作配料,南瓜不會太溶,吃下去軟硬適中,有口感,蝦殻透明,證明是新鮮貨,蝦頭的汁還是甜,有六隻我們慢慢享用,大快朵頤。 油鹽水蒸時令大蜆,又是令我十分回味的,這款大蜆居於深海,名叫芒蜆,在街市大約賣$70斤,這裏一共有六隻,肥大而多汁,最重要是沒有沙,蒸過的湯特別鮮甜,還有少量紅椒和陳皮作配料,又鮮又香,忍不住把湯喝光。除了海鮮,他們的梅菜蒸菜心也會令你有驚喜,梅菜堆滿在新鮮的菜心上,蒸過後,菜心吸入蒸氣,變得軟身,加上梅菜香噴噴的味道,夾雜在菜心中間,互相輝映,很有家鄉菜的味道。最後還吃了他們的精選糖水,是木瓜燉雪耳,維持室溫的狀態,雲耳很滑,糖水很滋潤,為剛才那餐好好作結。
