今日係新蒲崗見完客都已經6:30了. 感覺累累地就唔想煮飯, 於是就打電話比個女叫佢出嚟食飯啦! 由於個女剛好搭緊17回家. 剛好mikki有個站. 叫佢落車去食潮福. (因為我個女超喜歡海鮮的, 所以佢一定九秒九話ok). 去到潮福已經7:00了. 好彩冇咩人. 一去到就有位. 潮福出名係食新鮮原味蒸海鮮. 再將蒸海鮮嘅精華用嚟煮粥. 所以海鮮種類都好多. 我唔會一一介紹, 只係影咗d相比大家參考. 我地兩個人, 食唔到太多嘢, 所以只叫咗5款海鮮+虫草紅棗蒸雞. 生猛南非龍蝦, 我本人覺得南非龍蝦好食過波士頓龍蝦. 雖然波士頓龍蝦個鉗大有肉. 但南非龍蝦就勝在肉質爽, 鮮甜. 而且蝦新厚肉. 加上用蒜蓉一齊蒸. 更加帶出鮮味. 兩者價錢一樣. $99 我當然會揀南非龍蝦. 不過每人只可以叫半隻. 如果想再加單. 要用原價$188一隻. 象拔蚌仔, 原隻象拔蚌仔, 廚師會預先切成筷子粗度. 放上粉絲一齊蒸. 食落更加滋味. 南非鮑魚, 哇哇哇! 呢隻鮑魚冇得頂呀. 大大隻, 肉非常厚身. 又爽甜, 加上虫草一齊蒸. 真係好好好好味呀!. 原本每人一隻的. 但真係實在太好味, 所以後來

我地兩個人, 食唔到太多嘢, 所以只叫咗5款海鮮+虫草紅棗蒸雞. 
生猛南非龍蝦, 我本人覺得南非龍蝦好食過波士頓龍蝦. 雖然波士頓龍蝦個鉗大有肉. 但南非龍蝦就勝在肉質爽, 鮮甜. 而且蝦新厚肉. 加上用蒜蓉一齊蒸. 更加帶出鮮味. 兩者價錢一樣. $99 我當然會揀南非龍蝦. 不過每人只可以叫半隻. 如果想再加單. 要用原價$188一隻.

南非鮑魚, 哇哇哇! 呢隻鮑魚冇得頂呀
. 大大隻, 肉非常厚身. 又爽甜, 加上虫草一齊蒸. 真係好好好好味呀!
. 原本每人一隻的. 但真係實在太好味, 所以後來加多一隻比自己. 所以我自己食咗2隻. 亞女就食咗一隻

紐西蘭聖子, 相比之下聖子就比較細隻. 同樣都有粉絲及蒜蓉一齊蒸. 好彩就真係好新鮮.

蕃薯蜆, 蜆肉好大粒好爽好甜. 由於我地只叫半斤. 所以每人只有2隻. 但都ok啦.

虫草紅棗蒸雞, 職員話係清遠新鮮雞, 所以極力推薦我地食. 好啦...就信一次啦. 果然真係雞肉好滑, 而且好有雞味. 但可惜就係太咸了. 我都有同職員講呀! 佢地話會反應比廚師知.

食完咁鮮味嘅海鮮. 當然唔少得就係全晚最鮮甜嘅粥啦! 我地揀咗排骨粥, 有南瓜. 由於集合晒以上所有海鮮嘅精華, 所以真係冇得彈, 好正, 粥又係棉.

到最後當然有飯後生果 "西瓜" 每人一片.

還要讚一下職員. 每個人都好有禮貌, 而且會叫你唔好叫太多, 以免浪費(散叫的, 不是套餐) 又會介紹食物比客人. 值得讚賞.
