打邊爐最緊要就係湯底,然後就係材料要新鮮!聚火鍋就真係達到晒呢D要求啦!火鍋前可以先黎生蠔同象拔蚌刺身做appetizer,鮮味真係好正!然後真材實料嘅鍋底真係無得彈!豬肺湯底同疏囉魚湯底真係比得上住家層次,媽媽都比個讚佢啊!!不論牛肉或豬肉甚至魚肉雞肉都係鮮味十足上等貨!好食到唔知點形容!好喜歡飯後甜品有70%高純度黑朱古力,唔會太甜又軟滑!已經去過幾次,依然會搵機會再去過!
