今日特登帶朋友到西灣河太安樓嘅九州鯛魚食野,自從上次食過佢呢度既魚湯,真係令人念念不忘,好想再來食。今次照舊下午茶餐點了滑蛋鰻魚丼,隨餐附送柚子茶,而另一個點了至愛嘅鮑魚花膠烏冬,再點了些小吃有廣島蠔,鯛魚片及明太子手羽。這個最愛嘅鮑魚花膠烏冬咁得我心既原因係除左有兩顆大大粒鮑魚,同埋有大大塊花膠之外,仲要係新鮮鯛魚熬製的湯底,成碗麵真係湯底是精華啊,食到lamlam俐,朋友都讚不絕口。而廣島蠔也是大大粒,熟食來講充滿蠔的鮮味,鯛魚片也是熟食,呢兩款泡在魚湯里一起食份外鮮甜。仲有個明太子手羽,就是明太子釀在雞翅裡,外脆內軟超級香口,食完超級滿足。
