To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日朋友生日，想食海鮮，去左這間滿粥試，火鍋套餐$198不用加一，不收醬料費，有7款海鮮同其他火鍋配料，但不包飲品。這間店舖比較狹窄，所以在打邊爐時要不停讓位比店員，因店員會幫忙煮海鮮，而限時兩小時也有點趕，不能好好享受。見到海鮮真係會嘩嘩聲，今日有大蝦、蟹、蚌、鮑魚、蜆、多寶魚，樣樣都好鮮甜，好新鮮。另外套餐可選6種火鍋配料，這裡的火鍋配料很一般，美國牛肉原全沒有牛味，其他也沒特別好味的。全部野食完之後店員會幫忙用火鍋煮粥，所以個粥非常鮮味，我自己都食左兩大碗。
