上網無意中見到有人推介金牌源記,咁就一於去試吓啦!當日係星期六晚,book左位,去到唔使點等位。點完餐,就有茶樹菇湯,開頭以為只係味精湯,點知飲落非常之鮮味,感覺好足料!點餐嘅時候,有啲菜式可以選擇調味,有啲就可以選擇海鮮切嘅方法,例如鮑魚可以選擇原隻或者介兩刀。用餐嘅時候會有侍應幫手控制蒸海鮮嘅時間,同埋分菜。而個人最喜歡,蒜蓉粉絲蒸海鮮(龍蝦、扇貝、聖子)啲海鮮好彈牙好新鮮,唔會話好梅。呢個係蒸墨魚,上面淋咗酸梅汁。初時驟眼望上去以為全部都係墨魚,點知原來白色做底嗰啲係腸粉🤣🤣🤣食到尾聲,仲有個海鮮飯,已經太飽食唔落了。但好彩有得打包!唔會嘥野。完晒成個海鮮餐,仲有滋潤嘅木瓜雪耳糖水。
