奶奶生日約食飯,有人話好想食蒸氣鍋,同事介紹荔枝角道這間小漁港,老人家想早啲,book咗六點, 入內店員安排好座位即刻可以點菜。這裏有兩款海鮮套餐,食客亦可以散叫餐牌上各款菜式。想來想去,計來計去,最終決定海鮮餐,價錢合理可以試多啲唔同嘅海鮮。起初諗老人家不吃魚生,都怕奶奶吃不到太硬的肉蟹,所以點選另一個餐吃長腳蟹,阿拉斯加長腳蟹蒸熟後,佢個仔可以幫佢拆蟹肉。配咗个瑤柱瘦肉粥底, 好期待最後煲好嘅粥先上蒜蓉粉絲蒸日本元貝連小蕃薯仔,店員幫忙預教好時間,剛剛蒸熟好新鮮呢隻蟹據我估計大概有三至四斤重,這個size我哋六個人食都應該啱啱好。這個海鮮套餐主角是阿拉斯加長腳蟹,斬件蒸熟,肉質鮮甜,好味蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌,蒜蓉粉絲蒸聖子,新鮮劏好的貝類海鮮用這個方法蒸,一定可口!繼續蒜蓉蒸開邊大蝦,新鮮蒸熟南非活鮑魚。清蒸大花甲,好鮮味!蟲草花蒸雞(烏冬底),這個雞醃好入味,蒸熟之後,烏冬面索曬啲汁,阿囡吃個不停!尾声,個蟹殼放入煲粥,店員幫忙煲多一次个粥底,果然會綿啲
