近排天陰陰,再加上天寒地凍,最佳嘅節目當然就是同好友齊齊去打邊爐。友人提議去吃粥底火鍋,原來這個「鬼靈精」不知從望那裡得知,旺角最近新開咗間取名「一鍋瘋」嘅一人前海鮮火鍋專門店,主打一人一爐粥底鍋,湯底非常 Sharp 醒,五顏六色,有粟米、甘筍、椰子、紫薯同菠菜,感覺特別,所以想拉埋我去試下。新店位於砵蘭街,是家地舖。門外嘅店員很熱情,不停地向路過嘅途人介紹店舖裡的火鍋套餐。入座後,先細心研究一下這個粥底套餐,原來項目都幾豐富,每位只須 $198,另設加一服務費,就已經包 1 款粥底、6 款即劏海鮮、迷你拼盤(丸類和餃類)、黑豚肉、3 款蔬菜,另加 3 種自選配料。不過套餐就唔包飲料,飲品需額外收費,有汽水、烏龍茶、自家製菊花茶同這渣清熱潤喉嘅竹蔗茅根 ($48)  可供選擇。點完粥底後,店員會隨即送上蔥蒜等醬料同開胃嘅胡麻沙律做前菜。粥底揀咗粟米同平日比較少見嘅菠菜,粥水質感好滑溜,不會太濃稠,而且由於加入了新鮮蔬菜汁煮成,所以聞落味道都幾香甜清新,用料健康又落足心機。海鮮拼盤有 6 款時令海鮮,當中包括有蜆、花甲、貴妃蚌、鮑魚、海蝦同肉蟹,全部食材都勁新鮮。海鮮盤上桌時,店員會附

海鮮拼盤有 6 款時令海鮮,當中包括有蜆、花甲、貴妃蚌、鮑魚、海蝦同肉蟹,全部食材都勁新鮮。海鮮盤上桌時,店員會附上計時器和煮食次序及時間單張,以供參考。

花甲味道十分鮮甜,而貴妃蚌亦肥美滑溜;不過要數到最愛,當然還是鮑魚同海蝦。鮑魚有掌心般大,相當肥美,肉質爽脆,食落煙韌彈牙;而海蝦亦肉實味鮮;啖啖肉。另外肉蟹亦值得推介,即點即劏,唔單止保留蟹肉嘅原始鮮味,而且仲食到甘香嘅蟹膏。

至於特選配料就包括有美國黑豚肉、什錦蔬菜、迷你丸子同餃子等,另外亦自選了肥牛、龍蝦丸、墨魚丸、包心芝士丸、水魷、牛柏葉,所以上檯時勁大盤,分量十足。豚肉又香又唔過肥,墨魚丸非常爽滑,不會蓋過本身的墨魚香。肥牛雪花分佈均勻,入口柔軟,牛味濃郁。水魷幾多又大塊,入口夠彈夠爽。

吃罷所有火鍋料後,店員會幫手放入芋頭粒、南瓜粒、飯糊落去湯底煲成粥,飯粒將所有海鮮精華吸收,入口又香又綿,特別鮮甜,食完真係要捧住個肚走。
