這是第二次來漁獲浜燒, 這晚難得一位愛好日本餐而尤其愛吃海鮮的朋友要求, 這裡的日本菜+濱燒是最適合的選擇. 店子的裝修較光猛明亮, 亦看到有吧枱位, 燈光充足應是為配合即席處理濱燒的要求. 客人的枱上已放置好濱燒用的爐具. 魚缸內的海鮮種類不多, 但款款均生猛. 辛口, 米味較重的一款純米級清酒, 由女店員推介, 喝了一杯便馬上想點泡豚乾, 明太子來送酒. 看了幾款沙律, 對這款沖繩風的沙律最感興趣, 因為已去過2次沖繩對海葡萄很懷念. 沙律用上的海鮮不少, 三文魚, 吞拿魚, 八爪魚, 連拖羅也有. 而我的焦點則是海葡萄及苦瓜. 海葡萄的口感有點像是魚子, 咬開內裡豐富多汁, 鮮味十足, 不愧人稱為綠色魚子醬. 沖繩苦瓜則切成彎形的薄片, 口感脆而爽, 咀嚼時有點清爽的甘味, 比平常吃的苦瓜更易入口, 更令人上癮. 河豚干的口感有少許硬身, 但口感是軟身的, 味道是愈嚼愈有鮮味. 非常香口送酒. 鹹鮮惹味的燒明太子, 配上蒜片, 配搭清酒的恩物. 味噌蟹甲羅燒之前在其他日本料理試過, 這裡的蟹醬味道不遑多讓. 濃厚的蟹醬像是凝縮了幾隻蟹的味道在一個蟹蓋一樣. 配上烤得鬆脆的法式多士

蕃薯雪糕的口感綿滑, 甜味較自然, 原個切半的蕃薯很討人好感. 

朋友給的整體味道評價不錯, 價錢雖稍貴但亦吃至捧腹而回, 值回票價.
