之前係飲食平台已經見到有介紹,今日工作完我就黎左位於鰂魚涌海提街的鯛魚魚湯專門店食晚飯。5點到達,已經9成滿座。餐廳主打鯛魚魚湯湯飯或烏冬,每日用60公斤重鯛魚製成魚湯,餐牌款式有好多,但好多都以海鮮為主,亦可加錢追加不同海鮮配料,$18-$30不等,例如有象拔貝、八爪魚、海蝦、帶子、廣島山蠔等等。鯛魚片魚湯湯飯(追加了八爪魚和烏賊),黎到當然食餐廳主打的鯛魚,餐廳用明爐上,一路熱住食,鯛魚魚片有5塊,魚片厚身,魚肉好鮮甜嫩滑,最緊要沒有骨,啖啖肉,湯底魚味非常濃郁,飯粒吸盡了湯的精華,飯粒有咬口,唔會浸到淋晒,啖啖鮮味。雞塊唐揚炸物做得出色,新鮮熱辣辣炸起,不會炸得太乾,雞肉嫩滑,加埋沙律醬一齊食,好滋味完熟桃味梳打
